It is a little foxed overall as it was painted years ago.
We estimate it was painted before World War 2.
There are spots and stains to some extent.
Although, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
The subject is " Ume Tree aound the Kamiya River ".
The motifs are drawn very well and artistically.
